Returns and Refunds
Our Returns and Refund policies are as below
(A) Time Frame
- If you received a damaged printed artwork, please notify us within 5 days of receipt via photos of the damaged piece shared with our mail ID, admin@aspfinearts.com
- After analyzing the photos, we shall request you return them for refunds. You have 7 business days (purchase within India) from the day you get it to send it back in its original packaging.
- If the above time period has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
(B) REFUND ELIGIBILITY
All sales of original artworks are final and non-returnable, except in cases where the rolled artwork arrives damaged. Original paintings, custom-made paintings, framed artworks, and those shipped outside India (international) are not eligible for return.Â
We conduct thorough quality checks and use secure packaging to ensure that your artwork reaches you in perfect condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There should not be any wear and tear over the original painting. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Â
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
(C) APPROVAL PROCESS
Prior to offering a refund or replacing the item, once we have received the returned item, our firm will inspect the artwork to determine its condition.
In the event that more damage is discovered, the artwork will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
We will also let you know if your refund is accepted or not. If you’re approved, your refund will be processed, and within 5 days, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
(D) LATE/ MISSING FUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

(E) RETURN PROCESS
- Upon approval, the customer must return the item within 7 business days (for orders within India) to the following address:
T.C. 14/1705-2, Ushus, APRA 137-A, Kadakkal Lane, Kannanmoola, Trivandrum 695011, Kerala, India. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- For expensive artworks, we recommend using trackable shipping and purchasing insurance.
- If the return is approved, a refund (minus return shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method.
