Are your paintings handmade or printed?
Our original acrylic paintings are completely handmade. However, we also offer high-quality art prints on canvas, acrylic sheets, posters, and other materials.
Do you sell paintings from other artists?
No, ASP Arts exclusively sells in-house artworks. We do not promote or sell artworks from other artists.
Ordering and Customization
Can I request a custom painting, Caricature or portrait?
Yes! We accept custom orders for:
Handmade acrylic paintings
Digital paintings
Portraits (both digital and traditional)
Caricatures (both digital and printed) You can contact us with your request and reference images via email at admin@aspfinearts.com.
What is the process for ordering a custom painting?
Share your requirements and reference images.
We will provide an initial concept for approval.
After confirmation, we proceed with the painting.
Once completed, we ship the final artwork or deliver the digital version.
Do you provide paintings with frames?
Yes, we offer framing options for selected artworks at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.
Can I choose the size of the painting?
Yes, we offer multiple size options. However, custom-sized paintings may take extra time for completion.
Can I request modifications after the painting is completed?
Minor modifications are possible before finalizing the artwork. Significant changes after completion may incur additional charges.
Pricing and Payment
How much do your paintings cost?
Pricing depends on the size, medium, and complexity of the artwork. Please check our website or contact us for a quote.
Do you offer bulk orders or discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk purchases of digital paintings and their related prints, but not for original paintings. Contact us for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment options.
Shipping and Delivery
How do you package the paintings for shipping?
We use protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.Â
Rolled paintings: Shipped securely in a protective tube.
Framed paintings: Packed securely with bubble wrap and a hardboard box.
Caricatures & Digital Paintings: Digital files are emailed, while printed copies are packed safely for shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
How long does delivery take?
Original Handmade Paintings:
India (Metros & Major Cities): 5-7 business days
Other Indian Locations: 7-10 business days
International: 10-20 business days (excluding customs delays)
Caricatures & Digital Paintings:
Digital versions: Delivered via email within 3-5 business days.
Printed versions: Shipped within 5-10 business days.
Framed paintings and prints: Additional time is required for framing.
International shipping: Delivery time varies depending on location and customs clearance.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return or exchange a painting?
Only rolled artworks that arrive damaged are eligible for return.
Custom-made paintings, framed artworks, digital caricatures, and international orders are non-returnable.
Customers must notify us of any damage within 5 days of receiving the artwork by emailing admin@aspfinearts.com with photos.

What if my painting arrives damaged?
Customers must notify ASP Arts of any damage on the painting within 5 days of receipt via email at admin@aspfinearts.com by attaching photos of the damaged artwork.
Once approved, you must return the item in almost the same packed condition as it was within 7 business days for a refund.
Do you offer refunds for digital artwork?
No, since digital files are non-returnable, refunds are not available for digital artwork.
Artwork and Usage
Are the colors in the painting exactly as shown on the website?
We try to ensure that the images on our website accurately represent the artwork. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions.Â
The color of the prints will vary from original with each medium, whether it’s poster, sticker, canvas, Acrylic panel etc.Â
Can I get a certificate of authenticity with my painting?
Yes, we provide a certificate of authenticity for all original acrylic paintings.
Can I use your digital artwork for commercial purposes?
No, our digital artwork is for personal use only unless you have obtained a commercial license from us.
Can I use my caricatures and Portrait works commercially?
Yes! All caricatures ordered from ASP Arts are 100% royalty-free, meaning you can use them for personal or commercial purposes.
Will ASP Arts use my purchased paintings, caricature or portrait for promotions?
ASP Arts reserves the right to use any sold painting, caricature, portrait, or original image supplied in our marketing materials or promotions without formal customer consent.

Do you conduct art workshops or training?
