Shipping and Packaging
(A) Shipping within India
- Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all rolled and framed artworks across India.
- Trusted Couriers: We partner with reliable couriers like DHL, Bluedart and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Delivery Timeframes: Each product has a specific delivery timeline, which can be found in the “Delivery & Returns” section on the product page.
- Remote Area Surcharge: For very remote areas, there may be an additional delivery charge. Our team will inform you of any extra costs once your order is placed.
(B) International Shipping
- Worldwide Delivery: We ship unframed artworks to nearly every country in the world. To save on shipping costs, we recommend that our international customers frame their artwork locally.
- Delivery Time: For countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, Singapore, and the Gulf, expect delivery to take 5-7 days longer than the timeline listed on the product page. Other regions may take an additional 10-15 days from the estimated time frame.
- Customs Delays: Customs clearance may occasionally delay your delivery, which is beyond our control.
- Flat Shipping Rate: We charge a flat fee of $25 per painting for international shipping. For custom-sized or oversized artworks, we will provide a personalized shipping quote.
- Customs & Duties: Customs fees and duties are not included in the price of the artwork. These charges are typically collected by the courier company before or during delivery and vary by country. Please check with your local courier service for more details.
(C) Packaging of Original Art and Prints
Rolled Paintings: Original paintings and larger prints that are not framed are carefully rolled and placed inside sturdy protective tubes. This method ensures the artwork remains safe from bends and creases during transit.
Framed Artworks: We use custom-made thermocol boxes (25mm to 50mm thick) to protect framed paintings and prints. These are wrapped in multiple layers of double-layered bubble wrap to prevent damage from handling or stacking during shipping.
Acrylic (Plexiglass) Prints: Acrylic prints are packed with extra care, using thick foam or thermocol padding to protect the surface from scratches. We use reinforced cardboard boxes and bubble wrap for further protection.
Canvas Art: For canvas art, we either roll the canvas and pack it in a protective tube or stretch it over a wooden frame and use bubble wrap and foam protection to secure it. Custom-made thermocol boxes are used for framed canvas pieces.
Posters (A3 and A4): Unlike larger prints, A3 and A4 posters are shipped flat in rigid cardboard mailers to ensure they arrive without folds or creases. This method prevents any damage that might occur in transit.
Stickers: Stickers are packed in flat, rigid envelopes to prevent them from bending. We use a moisture-resistant protective layer to ensure the stickers stay in perfect condition.
Gift Wrapping: If your purchase is a gift, we offer free gift wrapping. Simply let us know, and we will wrap your order beautifully before shipping it out.
Damage or Loss: In the rare event that your artwork or print is lost or damaged during transit, we will issue a full refund or replace the item. If a frame is damaged, we will refund the framing charges.Â
