This helps keep the painting safe from folds, bends, or any damage that might happen while it’s being shipped. Whether your order is being sent within India or to another country , we make sure it is well-protected.

Eligibility for Return
Only rolled artworks that arrive damaged are eligible for return, ensuring a fair resolution for defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made paintings, framed artworks, sale items, and artworks shipped internationally are non-returnable due to their unique nature.
Damage Reporting
Customers must notify ASP Arts of any damage within 5 days of receipt via email at admin@aspfinearts.com by attaching photos of the damaged artwork.
Return Process
Upon approval, the customer must return the item within 7 business days (for orders within India) to the following address:
T.C. 14/1705-2, Ushus, APRA 137-A, Kadakkal Lane, Kannanmoola, Trivandrum 695011, Kerala, India.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For expensive artworks, we recommend using trackable shipping and purchasing insurance.
If the return is approved, a refund (minus return shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method.

If you are unsure whether your photograph is suitable, don’t worry. You can send it to us first for assessment. A professional studio photograph is not always necessary. A clear photograph taken with a good mobile phone can often provide enough information for a beautiful result. The most important factor is whether the person’s important facial features are visible.
Every photograph is carefully assessed before we begin, even if we feel the image may not be suitable, we will guide you honestly before you proceed.

How your Portrait is created
(1) Send Photograph
Send your preferred reference photograph. If you have several photographs, you can send those as well. Along with the image, tell us what you have in mind. You can mention the number of people, preferred size, background, artistic style and any other important requirements.
(2) Assess Photograph
The photograph provides the visual information needed to create the artwork. Therefore, we check important factors such as facial visibility, sharpness, lighting, resolution and composition. If the image has limitations, we will explain them before proceeding.
(3) Discuss and Confirm
Inform us if you want the background changed, several people combined, unwanted elements removed or the composition adjusted. Once the important details are clear, we can confirm the requirements, size and selected format before the artwork proceeds.
(4) Artwork Creation
The portrait is then created according to requirements. The goal is is to,should retain the artwork it's recognisable characteristics of the person while giving the image an artistic finish.
(5) Final Artwork
Once completed, the artwork is checked and prepared for the selected delivery format. Depending on your order, ASP Arts can provide digital or physical artwork options.
