Eligibility for Return

Only rolled artworks that arrive damaged are eligible for return, ensuring a fair resolution for defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made paintings, framed artworks, sale items and artworks shipped internationally are non-returnable due to their unique nature.

Damage Reporting

Customers must notify ASP Arts of any damage within 5 days of receipt via email at admin@aspfinearts.com by attaching photos of the damaged artwork.

Return Process

- Upon approval, the customer must return the item within 7 business days (for orders within India) to the following address:
  T.C. 14/1705-2, Ushus, APRA 137-A, Kadakkal Lane, Kannanmoola, Trivandrum 695011, Kerala, India.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- For expensive artworks, we recommend using trackable shipping and purchasing insurance.
- If the return is approved, a refund (minus return shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method.
