Original Artworks:

• Within India (Rolled Artwork): Enjoy free delivery across India for all original artworks shipped in a rolled format.
• Within India (Stretched, Framed Artworks): For artworks that are stretched, framed, or crated, additional shipping charges will apply based on the size and weight of the artwork.
• International Shipments: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on the actual costs, taking into account your location, the size, and the weight of the shipment. These charges will be added to your purchase at checkout.

Shipping Partners:

• Domestic Shipments: For deliveries within India, we trust DTDC, a reliable courier partner we have worked with for years.
• International Shipments: For international orders, we ship via FedEx or DHL, both of whom are renowned global logistics partners. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes related to international shipments.

• Original Works:
  All sales of original artworks are final and non-returnable, except in cases where the rolled artwork arrives damaged. We conduct thorough quality checks and use secure packaging to ensure that your artwork reaches you in perfect condition.
  Original paintings, Custom-made paintings, framed artworks, and those shipped outside India are not eligible for return.
• Printed Artworks:
  Only prints of paintings, like framed prints or canvas prints (framed and rolled), and acrylic prints ordered in their default size, without a frame, and delivered within India are eligible for return. Any above mentioned art prints shipped outside India are not eligible for return.
• Damage-Related Returns:
  

  If you received a damaged printed artwork, please notify us within 5 days of receipt via photos of the damaged piece shared with our mail ID, admin@aspfinearts.com
  After analysing  the photos, we shall request you return them for refunds. You have 7 business days (purchase within India)  from the day you get it to send it back in its original packaging.
